Just started a challenge today: “80 days of Burpees” combined with 80 (org. 100) day Ab Challenge (situp and russian twist).
Each day you add one more. (day 1: 20, day 2: 21, day 3: 22…….)
1. Use the correct form - If you’re unsure, google and check it out on YouTube. Modify all you need to be able to do in a proper way.
2. You choose if you want to do the burpees all at once or if you want to divide them into different times of day.
3. If you fail to do your daily burpees you must do them later. (it quickly becomes hard, so try not to skip days)
4. If you do burpees in your regular workout, you can include them if you wish.
The rules for the Ab Challenge is the same as for Burpees.
The goal is to do 100 Burpees, situps and russian twists at day 80.
